Mr Vipul Tuli, Chairman / Director


Vipul leads Sembcorp’s renewables businesses in India and the Middle East. He is also the CEO of the Group’s global hydrogen business and executive director of the UK business.

Vipul has over 30 years of experience in the energy sector. Since joining Sembcorp in 2015, Vipul has held various roles, including chairman for South Asia, CEO and country head for India, head of group strategy, and managing director of the company’s renewables and thermal businesses in India.

Prior to Sembcorp, Vipul was a senior partner at McKinsey & Company, where he helped build and lead its Asian energy practice. Vipul holds a bachelor’s degree in chemical engineering from Indian Institute of Technology Delhi and completed his postgraduate studies in business management from Indian Institute of Management Calcutta.

Mr A. Nithyanand, Managing Director & CEO


A. Nithyanand oversees Sembcorp’s renewable energy operations and strategic growth in India.   Nithyanand has 28 years of experience in leadership roles across the infrastructure, real estate, healthcare, and utilities sectors.

Before joining Sembcorp, he was chief executive officer of Asia of Roadis Transportation, a global investment and operating infrastructure company. Prior to that, he was the chief commercial & business development officer (Airports) at the GMR Group where he was responsible for revenue and growth of its airport business.

Over the span of his career, he has led companies as a chief executive officer and led business development and sales, strategic acquisitions, and divestments as well as managed key stakeholder relationships.  Nithyanand holds a Master of Business Administration from Carnegie Mellon University, a master’s in finance from Delhi University and a bachelor’s degree in economics from Delhi University. 

Mr. Zhiwei Yeo, Additional Director


Zhiwei Yeo joined Sembcorp Industries in 2023 and is the Head of Group Investment Management, with responsibility for investments, M&A, structured finance and capital recycling activities for the Group. Zhiwei has more than a decade of experience across energy and infrastructure investments and M&A in developed and emerging markets in Asia-Pacific and EMEA.

Zhiwei was previously the Head of Growth and New Markets at Keppel Infrastructure and prior to that, he was in investment banking at ING and HSBC in Hong Kong and Singapore, where he advised on M&A, equity and debt financing transactions for corporates and financial sponsors in the natural resources, power & utilities and renewables infrastructure sectors. Zhiwei was also previously an investment professional at Vitol, where he was focused on mid and downstream energy infrastructure investments across APAC.

Zhiwei holds a Bachelor of Business Administration with Honours from National University of Singapore.

Ms. Nikita Singh, Additional Director (Women Director)


Nikita Singh is a highly skilled HR leader with a strong technical and managerial background, holding a Bachelor's degree in Electronics and Instrumentation from Galgotia College of Engineering and Technology, alongside a Master of Business Administration (MBA) in Human Resources Management. With over five years of experience at Sembcorp Group, Ms.

Nikita currently holds the position of Deputy General Manager, Human Resources at Sembcorp Green Infra Limited. She manages a diverse array of HR functions, including talent acquisition, employee onboarding, integration, engagement & wellness, performance management, leadership development, and compensation & benefits.

Additionally, she plays a crucial role in succession planning, HR audits, and formulating policies that align with organizational objectives and industry best practices.Prior to her tenure at Sembcorp, Ms. Nikita worked with TVS Motor Company and Bosch Ltd., where she gained significant experience in HR business partnering, training, and employee engagement, contributing to the strategic growth and development of the organizations.
