Mr. Vipul Tuli, Chairman and Non-Executive Director
Vipul Tuli is the Chairman and Non-Executive Director of our Company. He is responsible for overseeing performance and key risks, strategic guidance and oversight.
He holds a bachelor’s degree in technology (chemical engineering) from the Indian Institute of Technology, New Delhi and a post-graduate diploma in management from the Indian Institute of Management, Calcutta. He was previously associated with McKinsey & Company, Inc. and at the time of leaving in 2015, he was acting as a director in its India office.
He has been associated with the Sembcorp Group since 2015. He has over 33 years of experience.
Mr. A. Nithyanand, Managing Director
Appakudal Nithyanand is the Managing Director of our Company. He is responsible for the overall management and day-to-day operations of the Company under the supervision of the Board of Directors.
He holds a bachelor’s degree in economics from Delhi University and holds a master of business administration from Carnegie Mellon University, a master’s in finance from Delhi University. He was previously associated with Indus Concessions India Private Limited, GMR Group, DLF Ltd and Escorts Limited and has been associated with the Sembcorp Group since 2018.
He has over 28 years of experience.
Mr. Yeo Zhiwei, Non-Executive Director
Yeo Zhiwei is a Non-Executive Director of our Company. He has been associated with our Company since 2026.
He is responsible for providing independent oversight and guidance to the Company, and monitoring performance in line with the governance requirements. He holds a bachelors degree in business administration from National University of Singapore.
He was previously associated with Keppel Infrastructure Holdings Pte Ltd, ING Banking N.V., HSBC Limited and Vitol Asia Pte Ltd. He has over 14 years of experience.
Mr. Radhey Shyam Sharma, Independent Director
Mr. Sharma holds a bachelor’s degree in arts from the University of Delhi.
He is a qualified cost and works accountant and is also a certified associate of the Indian Institute of Bankers. He has been previously associated with ONGC Limited, and Union Bank of India.
He has over 33 years of experience.
Mr. Jairaj Kallaikuruchi, Independent Director
Mr. Jairaj holds a holds a bachelor’s degree in arts (economics) and law from Bangalore University and a master’s degree in arts (economics) from the University of Delhi.
He also holds a master’s degree in public administration from Woodrow Wilson School of Public and International Affairs, Princeton University and a master’s degree in public administration from the Kennedy School of Government, Harvard University. In the past, he has held the position of an additional chief secretary in the Government of Karnataka and has acted as the president of All India Management Association, Delhi.
He has over 36 years of experience.
Ms. Sangeeta Talwar, Independent Director
Ms. Talwar holds a bachelor’s degree in arts from University of Delhi and holds a post-graduate diploma in management from Indian Institute of Management, Kolkata.
She has also completed the executive development program from the Wharton School, University of Pennsylvania. She is currently a designated partner at Flyvision Consulting LLP.
She was previously associated with Nestle India Limited, Tata Tea Limited, NDDB Dairy Services and Excelcia Food Limited. She has over 30 years of experience.
